Cake trouble

Hey Guys,
So i wake up this morning after a stressful night of putting together this Mario mushroom cake only to find out that my cake was sweating! I did all I know to do to make it stop but I cant say why it wont stop. I'm just hoping the client likes the shiny look (fingers crossed) :)
